WELCOME TO THE DEKALB, ILLINOIS FOURSQUARE CHURCH
Affiliated with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, the congregation has served the community for over 65 years sharing the message of the Good News of Jesus Christ. Located at the corners of 2nd and Grove Streets in downtown DeKalb, Illinois, the old, stone structure is unique in its architecture and history. Originally a Congregational Church built in 1885, it is one of the oldest buildings in the city and is a unique blend of both contemporary and gothic in style.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel is to present Jesus Christ, God's Son, as the incarnate Word. Its task is to present Him in the language, culture, and understanding of every person in every nation. Around the world, as converts are trained, a national church is established to lead all phases of the Foursquare church in that country, with missionaries serving as counselors or advisers. Today, the Foursquare Church reaches into more 150 nations of the world, with over 10 million members and adherents.
